Chocolate Lava Cake





Ingredients :

CHOCOLATE LAVA :
115 g Chocolate dark
85 g Butter
2 pc Whole egg
30 g Sugar
10 g Cocoa powder
4 g Vanilla paste
30 g Flour
Need: icing sugar for dusting.
 

 

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE LAVA :
1. Preheat the oven at 190°C use convection. Combine butter and chocolate, then melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave about 2 minutes and set aside.
2. Put together egg, vanilla and sugar in the mixing bowl, at high speed, beat the egg mixture in until foamy and pale.
3. Change the speed to low speed, add all the dry ingredients and mix well until completely blend.
4. Still at the low speed, combine melted butter and chocolate into the batter and mix until uniform.
5. Get the cup and dip inside a bowl of flour in downward direction, fill each cup with three-quarters full of chocolate batter.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes, remove it from the oven and one by one flip over to the paper box.
7. Get some icing sugar and strainer, dusting the chocolate lava with the icing sugar.
