Chocolate Brownies :Ingredients : Brownies : 140 g Butter 260 g Chocolate dark 4 pc Whole egg 160 g Sugar 4 g Rum paste 4 g Vanilla paste 114 g Flour 20 g Cashew nut
HOW TO MAKE BROWNIES : 1. Preheat oven at 180°C use fan. 2. Take the cashew nut, place it on the baking tray, and bake it for 5 minutes. 3. Combine butter and chocolate dark in one glass bowl. 4. Melt the butter and chocolate in microwave about 1-2 minutes and set aside. 5. At high speed, beat eggs, vanilla and sugar just until light and pale. 6.
Change the speed into low speed, add the flour into the egg mixture
until it is well-mixed. Add the chocolate and melted-butter into the
mixture until well uniform. 7. Add the roasted cashew nut into the batter and stir well with the rubber spatula. 8. Take rubber brush and apply some butter onto the baking cover it with baking paper. 9. Pour all the brownies batter to the baking pan with the baking paper on it. 10. Bake it about 25 minutes.
