RESEP SKIN TART




RESEP SKIN TART :
38 g margarine

25 g Butter
25 g Icing Sugar
125 g Medium Flour
25 g Eggs
Vanilla Paste

Pastry Cream
125 ml Milk
40 g Sugar
10 g Corn Starch
1 pc Egg Yolk
10 g Butter

Additional Ingredients
100 gr Dark Chocolate Compound
8 pc Strawberry
2 pc Sunkist (Orange)
1 pc Kiwi


HOW TO MAKE SKIN TART

1. Turn on the oven at 170 °c use convection

2. Combined margarine, butter, vanilla paste and icing sugar in the mixing bowl

3. At the medium speed, add margarine, butter, vanilla paste, sugar until mixture is smooth, then add the egg and mix well

4. Change the speed to low speed, add thw flour that has been sieved, mix well until the dough become crumbly

5. Put the dough into mold that has beed smeared with butter and flour then bake it at temperature 170 ° C for about 20 - 25 minutes

HOW TO MAKE PASTRY CREAM
1. Combined milk, sugar, corn starch and egg yolk. Turn on the stove at medium heat, then place saucepan on it and stir well until the mixture is thick

2. Turn off the stove, add butter and vanilla paste and whisk until uniform

3. Put the pastry cream inside piping bag

HOW TO MAKE FRUIT TARTLET
1. Take of the pastry skin from the mold. Put the dark chocolate compund and melt them

2. Scoop with spoon and spread it on the bottom of the shell, wait for awhile until the chocolate cold and stiff

3. Garnish it with some cut fruit provided
